We ship it out as soon as possible, when we receive an order. If you cancel an order before we ship it, you'll get a full refund. If you decide not to keep your order after you receive it, ship it back within 9 days of delivery, you'll receive a refund of the subtotal. If you receive an order with a broken item, call and we'll send you a replacement. If we send the wrong item, call and we'll send you a return label to ship it back.
